Your new role
You will be involved extensively and be responsible for the end-to-end software development lifecycle and support for all work transitioned from Group (which could be projects, quarterly change requests, L3 production fixes). This includes anchoring key engagements with various stakeholders, analysis and design to development, implementation, release management, testing and support for the domain area of Digital Banking.
With a primary role in delivery management, you will be responsible for the project technical delivery and quality assurance of the team’s delivery in conformance to the Bank-defined software delivery methodology and tools. You will partner closely with the group domain team to plan and manage transitioned deliverables.
What you'll need to succeed
Good understanding on all architecture layers.
Strong record of deliveries in mobile and frontend (React) projects.
Past technical and delivery experience, preferably in a retail banking or wholesale banking environment.
Experience in Agile delivery (SCRUM).
Have managed team size between 15 and 40.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Ability to manage squad members, with different levels of expertise and different background within an Agile context.
Ability to transform squads into high performance squads.
Ability to nurture individual squad members into high performing rockstars.
Ability to adapt to in an environment where requirements change rapidly.
Ability to manage complex, time-sensitive deployment queues with other teams in the bank.
