Key Responsibilities

• Lead Software Development & Implementation: Oversee end-to-end project activities including scoping, feasibility, planning, design, costing, and execution to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.
• Provide Technical Guidance & Mentorship: Coach and mentor development teams, offering technical direction and best practices to drive efficiency and maintain software standards.
• Ensure Quality & Risk Management: Guarantee software reliability, performance, security, and maintainability while mitigating risks and escalating issues when necessary.
• Documentation & Stakeholder Communication: Prepare and manage technical/business documentation, monitor progress, and communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and project success.

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience & Technical Expertise: Minimum 7+ years of experience in enterprise-level Web Application Development using .NET (C#) and Microsoft SQL Server, plus at least 3 years of hands-on IT Project Management experience.
• Educational & Methodology Knowledge: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent, with detailed knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (Waterfall, Agile, Incremental) and experience in cloud-aware application design as an advantage.
• Mandatory Skills & Communication: Strong project management, presentation, and communication skills with proven ability to engage diverse stakeholders effectively. Fluency in English and Mandarin is mandatory.
• Leadership & Problem-Solving: Excellent leadership, facilitation, and analytical skills with the ability to prioritise tasks, manage teams, and deliver innovative solutions under tight deadlines. Familiarity with API, Microservices, and Cloud Technologies is a plus.
