Your new role
You will lead the technical service operations for EV charging systems, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction. You will provide hands-on diagnostics while providing strategic support across the region, making you a key player in the region’s clean energy transformation.
Diagnose electrical and system-level issues, ensuring timely solution
Lead service teams and coordinate regional support activities
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to drive service improvements
What you'll need to succeed
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
6–10 years of hands-on experience in technical support/field service
Strong background in EV chargers or similar electrical infrastructure (telecom power, solar, UPS)
- Excellent communication skills, ability to work independently
