Your new role

Lead and deliver process improvement and technology optimisation initiatives across Catalytic Cracking systems (RFCC, PRU, LTU) to support operational excellence. Proactively identify process gaps and implement focused technical solutions that enhance efficiency, reliability, and process safety in line with business priorities. Drive plant performance through end‑to‑end execution of technical projects, leveraging advanced analysis and data‑driven insights. Work closely with cross‑functional stakeholders to implement technological enhancements, resolve complex operational challenges, and sustain long‑term value creation. As a Technical Specialist II, provide technical leadership and governance across improvement projects, ensuring outcomes align with organisational objectives and strengthen refining operations over the long term.


What you need to do now

Senior chemical/process/oil & gas engineering professional with extensive oil & gas experience (RFCC/PRU/LTU), strong refinery/petrochemical technical services background, TPCP certification, and a proven track record in leading process improvement and performance optimisation initiatives.
