To troubleshoot issues on servers, applications and networking equipment remotely.
Consistent engagement with customers.
To work on a US-hour shift for customers based in the US region.
What you'll need to succeed
At least 4 years of experience in a technical support environment.
Highly skilled in Linux & Windows Operating Systems.
Able to read, write and understand powershell scripts.
Good knowledge in Network Infrastructure peripherals.
Solid communication skills in English.
