Your new role

• Provide advanced level technical support to end-users and customers related to issues with hardware, software and network.

• To troubleshoot issues on servers, applications and networking equipment remotely.

• Consistent engagement with customers.

• To work on a US-hour shift for customers based in the US region.

What you'll need to succeed

• At least 4 years of experience in a technical support environment.

• Highly skilled in Linux & Windows Operating Systems.

• Able to read, write and understand powershell scripts.

• Good knowledge in Network Infrastructure peripherals.

• Solid communication skills in English.
