Your new role

  • Set and Communicate Sales Goals: Define clear sales targets focused on long-term growth within key accounts.
  • Plan and Execute Sales Strategies: Develop data-driven sales plans to achieve annual objectives.
  • Manage Key Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong connections with top-tier clients to ensure ongoing engagement.
  • Conduct On-site Client Visits: Travel to client locations for presentations, assess current practices, and propose tailored solutions.
  • Address Client Issues: Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally to maintain satisfaction.
  • Maintain Account Records: Keep detailed documentation of interactions and progress with key accounts.
  • Report and Research: Deliver comprehensive reports to senior leadership and stay informed through regular market and competitor analysis.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with structured cabling systems and network connectivity solutions.
  • Ability to craft solution-based proposals tailored to customer needs.
  • Proven success as a territory account manager with a history of meeting sales targets.
  • Skilled in using customer relationship management software to track and manage client interactions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, along with analytical and creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Capable of forming lasting professional relationships and demonstrating a self-motivated work ethic.
