Your new role
- Set and Communicate Sales Goals: Define clear sales targets focused on long-term growth within key accounts.
- Plan and Execute Sales Strategies: Develop data-driven sales plans to achieve annual objectives.
- Manage Key Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong connections with top-tier clients to ensure ongoing engagement.
- Conduct On-site Client Visits: Travel to client locations for presentations, assess current practices, and propose tailored solutions.
- Address Client Issues: Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally to maintain satisfaction.
- Maintain Account Records: Keep detailed documentation of interactions and progress with key accounts.
- Report and Research: Deliver comprehensive reports to senior leadership and stay informed through regular market and competitor analysis.
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related discipline is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with structured cabling systems and network connectivity solutions.
- Ability to craft solution-based proposals tailored to customer needs.
- Proven success as a territory account manager with a history of meeting sales targets.
- Skilled in using customer relationship management software to track and manage client interactions.
- Strong verbal and written communication, along with analytical and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Capable of forming lasting professional relationships and demonstrating a self-motivated work ethic.
