Your new role In this role, your primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to: · Develop a training and development plan for different departments within the company · Plan, design and implement those training programs, and facilitate the delivery of these sessions · Assess the impact and effectiveness of the training provided · Liaise with external partners and schedule performance development initiatives
What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you will have: · Prior experience in a similar role/position · Fluency in English and Malay · Strong stakeholder management and hands-on attitude · Willingness to potentially relocate (within Malaysia)
