Are you a seasoned finance leader ready to shape the financial future of a leading multinational listed group? We are seeking a Vice President, Group Finance to join a dynamic organization with diverse business operations across multiple regions. This is a strategic leadership role that will influence corporate direction and drive financial excellence at the highest level.


Your new role

As the Vice President, Group Finance, you will be the key architect of the company’s financial strategy, overseeing group-wide reporting, consolidation, and analysis. You will partner closely with senior executives to provide insights that enable growth, optimize performance, and ensure robust governance.
Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Leadership: Drive accurate and timely consolidated group financial reporting in compliance with international standards.
  • Strategic Planning: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning to support corporate objectives.
  • Business Partnering: Provide actionable insights to guide investment decisions, M&A activities, and new ventures.
  • Governance & Risk: Strengthen internal controls, manage financial risks, and ensure tax and regulatory compliance.
  • Team Development: Build and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering innovation and accountability.


What you'll need to succeed

  • Professional accounting qualification (CPA, CA, ACCA, or equivalent).
  • At least 15 years of progressive finance experience, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role within a large, diversified organization.
  • Expertise in financial consolidation and reporting systems (SAP, Oracle, Hyperion).
  • Coming from a prior conglomerate or public-listed exposures.
  • Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and stakeholder management skills.
