What you'll do

• Support finance and accounting operations for Vietnam and regional entities
• Perform routine tasks within Record-to-Report / accounting processes
• Assist with financial data handling, reporting, and reconciliations
• Participate in regional system or data migration projects
• Collaborate with stakeholders across different countries to ensure smooth operations
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal processes

What you'll need

• Open to fresh graduates or candidates with early career experience
• Strong Vietnamese language proficiency (spoken & written) for business communication
• Good command of English
• Background in Accounting & Finance is an advantage
• Positive, adaptable, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Must hold valid working rights in Malaysia (no visa sponsorship required)
• Comfortable supporting peak periods (e.g. month-end closing, occasional overtime if required)
