My client is a leading investment bank primarily focusing on the mid-market segment in Malaysia with a wide array of financial services and a diverse clientele in multiple industries. They are looking for a dynamic and experienced individual to join their Corporate Finance team. Currently looking for a VP / SVP.

• Involve in initial public offering (“IPO”) - preparing and drafting the submission documents to SC and Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”).
• Involve in Rights Issue and other fund-raising corporate exercises - preparing and drafting the submission documents to SC and Bursa Securities.
• Involve in mergers and acquisitions - preparing and drafting the submission documents to Bursa Securities.
• Involve in preparing and submission of application to SC and Bursa Securities for corporate proposals on behalf of the board of directors of listed companies in Malaysia.
• Liaise with the relevant authorities of Malaysia such as SC, Bursa Securities and any other relevant authorities.
• Steer and co-ordinate legal and financial due diligence processes to ensure compliance of regulatory requirements.
• Involve in preparing pitching slides and schemes for corporate proposals for prospective clients.

• Min. of 7 years of experience in Corporate Finance in an Investment Bank / Securities firm.
• CMSRL license
• Advantage if you have prior experience of leading a team
