Your new role

LOB: Commercial Lines Underwriting

It is expected for this role to lead and grow a diversified commercial portfolio with in-depth underwriting expertise. This is a senior leadership role responsible for underwriting strategy, portfolio performance, product development, system efficiency, and stakeholder engagement, while ensuring alignment with risk appetite, governance, and profitability objectives.

What you'll need to succeed

• At least 13 years of underwriting experience within commercial lines

• Proven experience operating at a senior management or leadership level

• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance growth and profitability

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

• Relevant professional insurance qualifications are an advantage
