Your new role
You will be responsible to own end-to-end credit risk modelling across the retail lending lifecycle, including acquisition, underwriting, line management, and collections. You will also be responsible to enhance existing scorecards and risk models while developing new predictive models using alternative and traditional data. Not only that, you will also monitor model performance, recalibrate where necessary, and ensure regulatory and internal compliance. Work closely with product, strategy, and collections teams to translate insights into actionable risk strategies. In a lean environment, contribute across analytics, reporting, documentation, and governance to continuously improve portfolio performance and risk management capabilities.
What you'll need to succeed
Over 10 years of experience in credit risk modelling within retail lending, fintech, or banking background
Technical sound in SAS, Python, R or SQL with solid understanding of credit risk methodologies (scorecards, PD/LGD models, segmentation)
Ability to manage end-to-end model lifecycle independently with strong business acumen and ability to translate data insights into strategies
Comfortable working in a lean, fast-paced environment with broad responsibilities
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
