Your new company
Your new organisation is a well-established player within the automotive trading and distribution space, with a strong operational presence in Malaysia and regional exposure across cross-border markets. The business is known for its structured operations, high‑value inventory handling, and disciplined approach to logistics, warehousing, and export execution. With continued growth and increasing regional demand, the organisation is strengthening its warehouse and export leadership capabilities.
Your new role
As the Warehouse & Export Manager, you will be accountable for end‑to‑end warehouse operations and export execution, ensuring high levels of inventory accuracy, operational visibility, and regulatory compliance across all outbound movements. You will support commercial and trading activities by ensuring warehouses are always export‑ready, inventory is fully traceable and well‑governed, and operational risks are identified and resolved decisively. This role requires strong ownership of both physical warehouse execution and system‑driven controls, ensuring full alignment between actual stock movement and system records. You will also lead process and system improvement initiatives to strengthen inventory traceability, real‑time visibility, and execution reliability—optimising the use of barcode scanning, and reporting tools to improve stock accuracy, shipment readiness, and decision‑making across warehouse and export operations.

- Lead end‑to‑end warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inbound, storage, and outbound execution.
- Maintain high standards of inventory accuracy, traceability, and visibility, ensuring full alignment between physical stock and system records.

- Drive inventory governance and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance stock accuracy, operational efficiency, and data reliability.
- Ensure warehouses are always export‑ready, with clear controls over picking, packing, and shipment preparation.
- Direct people management experience.
- Open to Malaysians only.
