area of law.


The candidate was trained and specialized in capital markets deals including initial public offerings, cross-border mergers & acquisitions transactions and other general legal advisory work.


The candidate acted as the drafting lawyer for the issuance of information memorandum issued by a Sdn Bhd company in its sukuk issuance in a deal worth RM10 billion. Besides that, the candidate assisted a developer in its issuance of sukuk issuance of up to RM10 billion.


The candidate’s main portfolio is to handle general corporate exercise as well as capital markets, where the candidate has led the solicitor’s team in the successful initial public listing offering and listing of the company on ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia. The candidate has represented a private venture capital in multiple concurrent investment in start-up companies.

Besides, the candidate was a key member of the Malaysian solicitors’ team in a cross-border transaction
