Hays Malaysia Announces Expansion to Accommodate Accelerated Growth


Leading recruitment experts Hays celebrates 10 years in Malaysia this year with twin expansions of both its Kuala Lumpur and Sunway offices. Four times larger than the previous offices, the new facilities at Level 26, Menara 3 Petronas and Corporate Suite @ Sunway Resort Hotel will boost the presence and capacity of the global recruitment firm while supporting its rapid growth and future expansion plans. 

Since 2012, the global recruitment firm’s two offices were set up to focus strategically on different industries. The business has grown to specialise in six key areas such as Accountancy & Finance, Engineering, Human Resources, Marketing & Digital, Sales and Technology.

On top of the key areas mentioned earlier, the Hays Kuala Lumpur office is a hub for teams recruiting in Banking & Financial Services, Insurance, Legal, and other supporting functions. These teams are further specialised in the varying functions and seniority levels within these industries.  

Meanwhile, our Hays Sunway office continues to be home to a growing team of recruitment consultants in Life Sciences, Manufacturing, Procurement & Supply Chain (PSC), and other supporting functions.  The office also houses teams from our Enterprise Solutions business, Hays’ world leading specialist in total workplace solutions.

Spearheading the continued growth of Hays Malaysia is the newly appointed Regional Director, Natasha Ishak. Coming from an Engineering background, Natasha has a wealth of recruitment experience and has successfully built up both the Banking & Financial Services and Commerce & Industry businesses as Business Director.
